We don’t believe in rushing you into a decision. We take the time to explain the process clearly so boards, managers, and homeowners can make confident, informed decisions.

Before work begins, we align on the scope, schedule, and expectations with a detailed pre-construction walkthrough. During the project, PrimeCo requires bi-weekly progress walks with board members and management to review completed work, verify quality, discuss upcoming phases, and make sure everyone understands exactly where the project stands.

Work completed during each billing period must be reviewed, approved, and signed off before PrimeCo submits an invoice. That means you are not guessing what you are paying for — you are approving completed work before it is billed.

PrimeCo only requires a 10% deposit to begin the project. After that, we bill for work that has been completed and approved. No oversized upfront payments. No confusing billing surprises. Just a clear process that ties payments to actual progress on your property.

Construction can feel overwhelming when communication is unclear. That is why we keep managers, boards, and key stakeholders updated throughout the project with schedule updates, progress photos, site notes, and responsive communication.

For larger projects, PrimeTrack gives your team a centralized place to follow progress, view updates, access documents, and stay connected to the project without chasing down information.

We treat your community like people live there — because they do. Our crews work to maintain clean, organized job sites, limit disruption where possible, and leave the property clean at the end of each workday. When the project is complete, we perform a final walkthrough to make sure the work is finished properly and the property is cleaned up.
