The project became a chance to replace failing exterior materials, strengthen the building envelope, improve fire and moisture protection, and create an exterior that would serve the property well for years to come. PrimeCo partnered with the ownership team to complete a comprehensive exterior renovation.

Many exterior problems begin long before they're visible. Once the aging T1-11 paneling was removed, our crews were able to inspect the underlying framing and replace structural wood wherever deterioration had occurred.
Addressing these hidden issues before installing new finishes helps ensure the longevity of the entire building — not just its appearance. With the structure restored, a new fire-resistant and weatherproof barrier was installed across the building envelope, providing an added layer of protection against moisture intrusion.
Only then was the new Hardie® lap siding and Hardie® trim installed, creating a durable, low-maintenance exterior designed to withstand years of weather exposure while delivering a clean, timeless look.

Once the new exterior was in place, the building received a complete professional paint system to protect the new materials and create a polished, cohesive appearance.
To complete the transformation, new building signage was installed, giving Mariners Medical an updated identity that reflects the professionalism of the care provided inside.
