Brett Musgrove

Brett Musgrove, a Cal Poly San Luis Obispo engineering graduate, launched his career managing a thriving branch of Student Painters for three years, eventually rising to General Manager of the San Diego territory. During this time, he also helped establish Pro-Works, the company's commercial painting division. In 1993, Brett founded PrimeCo Painting, specializing in large HOA projects by prioritizing clear communication and meticulous attention to detail—values he remains passionate about. After seven years of expanding PrimeCo Painting across Southern California, Brett recognized his clients' need for comprehensive construction services. He obtained a General Contractor's license, broadening PrimeCo's offerings to include reconstruction, carpentry, and waterproofing, all delivered with the same client-focused approach. Now, after 32 years, PrimeCo continues to thrive, building lasting client relationships under the motto “Clients for Life!” Outside of work, Brett enjoys cooking for his growing family, staying active, listening to podcasts, and traveling, with a particular fondness for Italy.
