Superintendent

With 17 years of experience in the painting and construction industry, including 14 years as a dedicated member of the PrimeCo team, Jorge brings extensive field knowledge, leadership, and project coordination experience to his role as Superintendent. He began his career with painting and construction contractor JR Coatings before joining PrimeCo, where he has continued to grow his expertise and take on increasing levels of responsibility. As Superintendent, Jorge oversees projects to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to PrimeCo's quality standards. His role requires close coordination between field personnel, project teams, clients, and various departments throughout the company. With experience managing personnel and multiple projects simultaneously, Jorge understands the importance of teamwork, communication, and careful coordination in delivering a successful project. Throughout his career, Jorge has developed extensive experience in painting, welding, and carpentry, along with specialized knowledge across several areas of construction. His professional training and certifications include OSHA 30, LP Siding training, CPR training, boom lift certification, swing stage platform training, scaffolding training, and waterproofing training with ALX, M-Coat, and Mer-Ko systems. This broad background allows him to understand projects from multiple perspectives and effectively support crews as different challenges arise in the field. One of the things Jorge enjoys most about his position is that no two projects are exactly alike. Every property presents different conditions, challenges, and client needs. He takes pride in working collaboratively with PrimeCo's different departments to find solutions, maintain high standards, and keep projects moving toward a successful completion. He brings a positive attitude, years of coordination experience, and a team-first approach to every project he oversees. Jorge is especially proud to be part of projects that go beyond expectations and demonstrate the level of craftsmanship PrimeCo strives to provide. For him, one of the strongest indicators of a successful project is a satisfied client who chooses to work with PrimeCo again or recommends the company to others. Those long-term relationships and referrals reflect the trust that is built through quality work, communication, and consistent service. A San Diego native, Jorge enjoys spending his time outside of work with his family, including his two young children. He is also an off-roading and baseball enthusiast, and his family shares their home with two dogs and a cat. One thing coworkers and clients might not expect about Jorge is that he is also a Hot Wheels collector. Whether he is coordinating a complex project in the field, spending time with his family, heading off-road, or adding another car to his collection, Jorge brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to the things that matter to him.
