Project Manager
Kevin LaDelfa serves as PrimeCo's Project Manager for Orange County and Los Angeles and is transitioning into the role of Director of Preconstruction. As a Project Manager, Kevin works closely with PrimeCo's field teams to ensure they have the resources, information, and support needed to complete projects safely, efficiently, on time, and on budget. In his preconstruction role, he oversees the estimating team, helping ensure scopes are clearly understood, bids are accurate and delivered to the Business Development team on time, and awarded projects transition smoothly into production with clear and realistic expectations. Kevin joined PrimeCo about a year and a half ago through an unexpected connection. While walking his dog, he noticed a PrimeCo sign on Tiffany's car and decided to call about potential opportunities. After several conversations with PrimeCo's leadership team, he joined the company and quickly became involved in both project management and improving internal processes. Before PrimeCo, Kevin served in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear reactor operator. His military experience instilled a strong work ethic and an appreciation for structure, accountability, and attention to detail. His connection to construction, however, began much earlier. At 18, Kevin worked as a carpenter before eventually returning to the industry when he joined PrimeCo. Kevin brings a problem-solving mindset and an interest in technology to his work. He has played an active role in incorporating AI and new technology into PrimeCo's daily systems and processes and has built several internal platforms designed to improve efficiency. One accomplishment he is particularly proud of is developing PrimeCo's CRM. While he continues to find ways to improve it, the system has helped streamline processes and address many of the challenges the company previously experienced. What Kevin enjoys most about PrimeCo is having the autonomy to approach challenges in creative ways. Whether he is supporting a field team, improving a process, or working through a preconstruction challenge, he brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to find a solution. When it comes to clients, Kevin's priority is providing a great experience and minimizing the additional stress that can come with a construction project. Kevin believes PrimeCo's commitment to continuous improvement is one of the things that sets the company apart. He also values the company's ability to perform the majority of its work in-house rather than relying heavily on subcontractors, allowing PrimeCo to maintain greater consistency and control throughout its projects. Originally from Rochester, New York, Kevin has called Southern California home for the past four years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, working on projects around the house, and hanging out with his dog, Lady. He also has an adventurous side—Kevin has run with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain, and once spent six months backpacking through Southeast Asia.
