Accounting, HR & Compliance Manager
Tiffany Perry serves as PrimeCo's Accounting, HR & Compliance Manager, overseeing a wide range of functions that help keep the company organized, compliant, and running efficiently behind the scenes. Her responsibilities span accounting, human resources, payroll support, employee benefits, safety and compliance, workers' compensation, IT administration, and office operations. Since joining PrimeCo in February 2023, Tiffany's role has continued to grow as she has expanded her knowledge of the construction industry and taken on responsibilities across multiple areas of the company. Tiffany brings a diverse professional background in finance, HR, compliance, administration, and technology. Before joining PrimeCo, she worked for a school managing accounting, financial aid, account management, and donations, where she also helped secure millions of dollars in government funding. Prior to that, she served as a Finance Administrator and HR Manager for a technology startup, helping develop accounting practices and policies while managing employees both in the U.S. and internationally. She was also part of the team during a period of significant company growth that ultimately led to backing from Google. Earlier in her career, Tiffany worked for a third-party processing company that collaborated closely with government agencies and focused heavily on compliance. Her areas of expertise include HR administration, accounting, payroll, workers' compensation, safety and compliance, policy and process development, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ADP Workforce Now, and IT administration. Tiffany especially enjoys finding ways to simplify complicated processes, improve efficiency, and make technology work better for the people using it. Throughout her career, consolidating programs and improving the use of technology has helped the organizations she's worked with achieve significant cost savings. At PrimeCo, Tiffany takes pride in being dependable, resourceful, and willing to find an answer even when one isn't immediately available. Because her role touches so many areas of the company, she brings a unique perspective on how individual processes and decisions can impact the organization as a whole. She believes the professionalism and quality clients experience in the field should be equally reflected in PrimeCo's behind-the-scenes operations and communication. What Tiffany values most about PrimeCo is its people and culture. To her, the company feels like a large extended family where employees support one another, step in when someone needs help, and genuinely have each other's backs. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Oceanside and Vista, Tiffany has called Southern California home for most of her life and enjoys working for a company whose projects directly impact the communities she grew up around. Outside of work, much of her time revolves around her family and keeping up with her two boys—especially their baseball activities. She also enjoys camping, baking, home projects, and exploring the outdoors with her family. The family also includes Graham, their 85-pound "lap dog" who is thoroughly convinced his size should have no bearing on his ability to sit on you. And despite being known professionally for creating structure, organizing systems, and improving processes, Tiffany admits there's one unexpected catch: she's actually pretty messy at home. As she puts it, apparently she uses up all of her organizational skills at work!
